Incident 1: Train got delayed by 1 hour, called them to inform, they told me they could not accommodate. Incident 2: Failed to show up at 4:30 am to take me and my family to the airport. We nearly missed our plane and family vacation. They offered no excuse, no remediation, and a week later I was told they do not want to do business with me any longer. Bottom line: Unreliable, rude, and incompetent.

Bottom line: Unreliable, rude, and incompetent.

I've used them twice with outstanding service both times. First in July 2009 a stretch limo for a family occasion. They were on time for the trip out and also for pickup at the Airport. Limo was clean and well stocked. More recently I used them for a business trip in January. Towncar was again clean and on-time, driver was curtious. I've booked them for three more events, on this month and two next month.

PREPAID for a round trip to airport. They never picked us up for the return to NJ because they said they could not find a driver. Would not help us find transportation nor have they returned any money they owe us, VERY difficult to find transportation back ti NJ at 11 pm. Phone calls and letters remain unanswered. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
