It has moved beyond the walls of Witham Memorial Hospital to establish Witham Health Services throughout Boone County including healthcare facilities at Anson, in Jamestown, Lebanon, Thorntown and Zionsville. Our locations include: Anson is NOW OPEN. Offering a full-service ER, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week Jamestown serves the southwestern portion of Boone County and surrounding areas, Jamestown, Advance, New Ross, North Salem and Lizton. This facility houses family medicine services and Boone County Emergency Medical Services. Our physician offices in Lebanon meet all of your family's medical needs. The following primary care offices include: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics & OB/GYN. At Thorntown we serve the northwestern portion of Boone County and surrounding areas. Christopher Shank, M.D. is dedicated to family medicine and welcomes patients from birth through geriatrics. His practice also addresses women's health and emotional needs as well. Our Zionsville location is dedicated to family practice, internal medicine and has a specialized foot and ankle center.
