Had a terrible experience. Several cancelled appointments, some of which we didn't find out until after taking off work and showing up. Can't get the preparer to actually call us back. They appear to have very few actual preparers working in the height of tax season. We are having problems related to the returns they prepared for us last year. They have told us they are working on the issues; when we call the states and IRS, they have no record of anyone contacting them except for us. Extremely frustrating experience. Very unprofessional.
