We decided to try this new place in LV. They scheduled an appointment for our two dogs really quickly, which we liked. However, when we came to pick them up the lady explained how difficult our dogs were. She said she had to wash one several times as he got sick after placed in the kennel. She then explained that she would charge a difficult pet fee for both of them. What shocked me the most is when she then wanted to schedule a follow up grooming appointment. My husband decided to give them another shot to have them trim paws/face and clip their nails. When he arrived for the appointment she was not open on time. After waiting for her to open the store my husband decided he would stay and watch them get trimmed up. After paying over $32 we were returned with one of our dogs limping in pain because she cut the dog's nails incorrectly and too close. We want to take our pets to a professional to provide a service that is safe and friendly- sad to say we will NOT be returning.
