A large limb fell on the edge of our 30 ft above ground pool damaging the top rail and side. Three pool companies said it couldn't be fixed and we would have to buy a new pool. Clearwater Pools was the only pool company that would send someone to look at the pool. Caelob Ray and Nick Hyde came out and with some strong muscle they bent the side back up and got it back in the top rail. The next day they came back with a replacement piece for the top rail and installed it. Outside of a few wrinkles in the side, the pool is good as new. It cost us two service call charges, saving us about $7,000. Those two young men did a terrific job!

Terrible customer service...I called this company in Oct. 2012 to come and fix my hot tub. Well after numerous times saying they would come and never show up and no phone call to say they weren't coming,(Like my time was worth nothing to them) they showed up to fix it. Well it took several times and different people to realize it needed a new pump. So they ordered it and put it in. One day later I called to tell them that it had a leak and so they sent someone out and again after the same no shows and no calls they found out they put in pump too small. So they put in a new one. Then it needed new jets which they said were not covered under the warranty. So they ordered them and to my SURPRISE it was the wrong ones. I ordered the jets straight from Arctic and guess what they were covered under the warranty. So I got the jets and as of today after we have called and text no one will come and put them in. So after 4 long months I still don't have a hot tub that works great.

We bought a spa there a few years ago and we had great service. The spa is everything they told us it would be. Any problems we had were addressed quickly. The owners are awesome.
