I started with Defenbaugh, but I continuously had missed pick-ups, or they would come by so early, I wouldn't have my trash out. Very frustrating. They would always comp me or come back another day, but the unreliability got to me after awhile. And you could tell there was a lot of crew turn-over, as that is when the misses would happen. I switched to Bumpy Roads many years ago and haven't looked back! They even sit my cans in the ditch (I'm in the country) and they either put the lid back on my can, or put it in the can, so I never have to retrieve it on a windy day! And there prices are better too! They have been better in every way and they are very consistent time wise, so I never have to worry there either. I can't recommend them highly enough. They may not have the polished fancy trucks, but that just means they are saving you money!

I've been using Bumpy Roads for about 6 months now, and I'm very pleased with the service provided. Employees are courteous and don't leave my empty containers in the street, or leave trash in the street if there's a spill from throwing it into the truck. If abnormal item pickup is required, the fee is very reasonable, unlike the rediculous fees charged by Deffenbaugh. Additionally, I very rarely have more than a normal household amount of trash, but in the rare occasion that I do, I don't find the extra bags still sitting at my curb with an extra charge note attached to it when I get home.

We have been using them as our full-tim garbage service for about 1 1/2 years now and the service and price are extremely good. You can't beat the price as it is about 1/4 less than Deffenbaugh.

First time I used them. Extremely helpful. Randy did what he said and the "Lads" that he sent out to haul my trash were the politest, well mannered men I have met in a long time. They were VERY eager to do a great job. Hard to find nowadays. Thank you GREAT JOB! Will definitely use you again.
