It's completely reasonable for the owner to follow you around the store considering that beauty supply stores see high rates of theft. What I can't accept is the fact that they opened 45 minutes late and that the store is so junky and cramped. A lot of product just lying on the floor or in cut open boxes so you have to stoop or kneel to find what you're looking for. It's the only supply place in Leavenworth so stock up before you come.

I like going to this store. They seem to have everything I need, hair-wise. Yeah, the storekeeper follows me at times. But she is just being careful. The way I look at it-I'm there to get what I need and that's all. So it doesn't bother me. Sometimes, we just need to get over some things in life. She follows customers around. So what? They have everything you could ever want in a beauty Supply store. Has WAY to much stuff in it. You can't even walk around. The owner does follow you around so I don't bring my purse in anymore and she seems to leave me alone. I think she just fears that people are going to steal stuff.

I was followed by a lady the whole time I was in the store. Everything I touched, she touched it after. She never asked me did I need any assistance. I really did need help finding a hooded dryer and also a laced front wig. All she did was make me feel like I was a criminal. I will never go back to that store again. If there was a comment box there I would have put in a complaint. I'm thinking about going back and file a complaint. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!
