Larry Salerno was attracted to Family Heritage Life Insurance Company of America (FHL) for several reasons, including renewal income, opportunity for longterm financial growth, and opportunity to own his own Agency. Since joining Family Heritage Life in 2001, heâ??s expanded his Agency, Dynasty Financial Group, into several locations and states. Larryâ??s greatest personal achievements with FHL are developing six new Sales Directors from his Dynasty Growth Program, being â??Sales Organization of the Yearâ?? 10 out of 15 years, and maintaining â??Top Team Leadersâ?? team production 15 years running. His greatest reward, however, is â??seeing the growth and development of the people, the teams, the organizations, and the Agencies around me.
