Manuel was excellent! He knew the nissan altima inside and out. A very knowledgable employee. He made the car buying experience much easier.
Overall the experience was great. Dee Brooks,, OC Brooks , Dave Singletary and I cannot remember the name of the gentleman who set up the financing did everything they could both days that I was at the dealership to make this experience the best they could.
Miguel was great about being knowledgable of the features of the car. He offered to set up and show how to use many of them, but I was well aware after managing a fleet of cars myself in the past. I think it's great though as features change and more technology is added to the vehicles.

Great experience. Richard White was very professional and courteous. He was very knowledgeable of the model we were looking to purchase. My wife did not want to look at any other SUV's. She wanted an Armada just like the one we were trading in, except a different color.

Worst dealer ever. They are liars and try you as stupid. I spent a lot of time trying to get a good deal, after few hours of dealing with them, they finally convinced me of making the deal for a new 2014 Pathfinder. After all the paper work, the sales guy walked me out to get my new vehicle, I was excited until I saw the first scratch on the paint. So I stopped and started to looked around the vehicle.....every single body section was scratched. The worst one was the front bumper, that for sure somebody hit something and made two dents/big scratches and damaged the paint. They told they did not have any other vehicle like mine at that moment and told me to return next day to swap the vehicle for other without the scratches. Next day they treated me like nobody, no vehicle was ready for me and they returned my old vehicle back to me and did not care about helping me. They do not care about the customers. Very bad experience and customer service.
Very pleasant. No pressure. Charles was very accomodating in showing me the vehicles in order to find one that I liked.

I was greeted by a Sales Manager, Angie and Richard when I stepped into the dealership. I explained what vehicle I wanted and Richard showed me vehicles. We settled on a vehicle and paperwork was initiated. All throughout, everyone was courteous and helpful. They worked with me to get the best possible outcome and, in the end, I drove away with my new Nissan Frontier and ready to enjoy my vehicle. In addition, Pete, the Finance person was also very helpful, as well as Isaac. Isaac was able to negotiate a vehicle warranty plan that benefitted me and I was very appreciative of Isaac's treatment so that I could have great vehicle maintenance coverage for 6 years.
