Dr. Richardson and his staff are very friendly, and personable. Has great manner with the animals. The down sides of his practice are.... #1. Not the best equipped animal clinic in the area. His office is lacking in good, up to date equipment. #2. Sole practice, so if Dr. Richardson is out, there is nobody to take care of your pet... #3. Does not communicate medical issues all that well. Our now late dog suffered from arthritis and laryngeal paralysis, which Dr. Richardson explained as a lab getting old. While this is true, it is insufficient information for me as the pet's owner to make informed decisions.
