General Info

Minnesota Valley Health Center is much more than a hospital and a nursing home. We are a Level IV Trauma Center with an emergency room staffed 24/7. Our helipad serves as a gateway to world-reknowned emergency care. Our campus includes a Short-term and Long-term Skilled Nursing Facility, an Outpatient Specialty Clinic, an Adult Day Health Center (Senior Day Program), a complete Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy Department with Wound Care. Attached to the main building is a Senior Independent Living Apartment complex. Within the mewly renovated building is a family practice clinic operated by the Mayo Clinic Health System.
