Very dissappointed! Prior to having two children my wife had very beautiful and full C cup breasts. Kids and nature took their toll and she was left with stretched out, flattened breasts, pretty much the standard for a mother her age. When we met with Dr. Barson, we told him his procedure appealed to us in theory because we didn't want to augment her breasts, we just wanted to return some of their pre- child birth fullness. We were very concerned with his procedure, especially with the longevity of the fat that would be injected in my wife's breasts. This concern was brought up multiple times with Dr. Barson. Each time, he went to great lengths to ensure us that my wife's breast would be much fuller not just directly after the procedure, but for YEARS to come. Long story short, we paid the 6 grand for lipo and fat transfer, she came home with very full and round breasts, and we were for the time being quite happy. We knew from Dr. Barson that the breasts will reject some fat, sometimes up to 20% of the amount injected. And after two days, we saw the loss of that 20% as expected. But what we didn't expect was for her breasts to continue to shrink. By the 30 day post op visit to Dr. Barson, my wife's breasts were back to the same shape as before the procedure! A lot of money and a painful recovery all for one month of shrinking breasts! We tried discussing all of what I've explained with Dr. Barson. He was very defllective, wouldn't really talk about our dissappointment, and kept saying every breast is different. When my wife asked if HE thought their had been an improvement, he responded that he didn't know, he couldn't remember what they looked like! He even said that no patient can truly remember what the pre-op breast really looked like, so it's hard to say if their is an improvement. To which I replied, I most certainly know what they looked like then, and now, having documented the whole period on camera. He said oh. Dr. Barson didn't provide any explanation as to why we were literally back to square one, and why his procedure didn't work. He left us hanging, again quite literally, and shrugged off our post-op concerns. i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended because
