I chose your company because it's all you do. however, I don't feel like it should have taken 7 hours to complete the job. he sat in the driveway and had breakfast before starting (about 9:45 am). Then took a 45 minute lunch break (which is appropriate). When he finished the job, it took an hour for him to figure out my cost. What is your hourly rate for labor? It was more than the parts by approx. $87. I did like the work he did. It seems to be better than I purchased last year when the system was put on an automatic timer and he cleaned up after. He is friendly and informative, but stops to talk if I went out to see how it was going. I would probably recommend your company to others in spite of the length of time it took. Thank you.
