Great job on my car & keeping me informed,thank you to the entire staff of Cutrubus for making a stressful situation better.

I have had 3 accidents with my new car in less than 6 months and I ONLY take it to these guys because they make it look good as new when they're done. The staff is SUPER friendly and the workmanship is perfection! HIGHLY recommend. Every time I've taken it in I've had it back super fast and they called me every day to update me on the status. These guys are THE best!

I backed up in my daughters truck and did some damage. Marshall took care of me and it was done within a week���� his customer service was impeccable!!!! And I can't thank him enough. All of them were so nice. Thank you thank you������������

The staff at cutruus collision are the best. My family has had over three are need some kind of work or paint done. They are the best will never go any where else. They are like family now . Thank you so much for the work you do and the time you take to make sure its right thank you again

I brought my car to Cutrubus to be fixed due to a minor accident. They did a great job. Best of all they fought with my insurance company one my behalf to save me some money and install better parts. They did such a good job on the body work you can't see any damage on the outside of my car. I would recommend them to anyone needing this service.

Overall they did very good. The bodywork was done well and restored the vehicle to what it looked like before. Everyone was very friendly and the receptionist always had a smile. We had a few snags at the end that could have been handled better but overall it was a job well done and I would recommend looking into them for work (also they were able to work with USAA so the claims process was quick and painless on my part).

Just picked my truck up & it looks better then it has in a long time, I Felt they were very honest witch I did not expect from a body shop the gentleman that helped me told me "I don't work for the insurance company, I work for you" & he kept good on his promise.... 5 stars all day long!!! Great work guys!!

I have brought my car here to be fixed twice due to two major accidents. They did such a good job and I got my car back within a reasonable time. They also went out of their way to save me some money on my deductible. They did such a good job on the body work the first time that my second major accident (Almost totaled), you couldn't even see any damage on the outside of my car. It wasn't until they took the completely fine bumper and fenders off that they even knew there was frame damage. I RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS BODY WORK DONE FOR THEIR CAR. Amazing customer service. Always updated calls.

DO NOT go to this shop, even if it is your last resort. Excuse after excuse, with a standard "two more weeks" as an estimation of getting your car back. A debacle of a shop and even WORSE customer service. Offer a lot of apologies, with NO reassurance for their own work, or even for you. AWFUL. STRESSFUL. RIDICULOUS.

Terrible body shop. Not only did our paint not match very well, but there were wires stuck in the paint all throughout. I'm not sure from what, but it looked terrible. After they repainted it and we received the car again, the license plate light cover was missing this time. It took over 2 months to get the part in again, and they refused to compensate for time and gas spent in travel to fix what should have been done correctly the first time.

I have taken my vehicles to Richie for years, and currently I have one in the shop that I just bought from VW that the sales department would not take care...big surprise right. Well Richie will make sure my vehicle is like new as always for he knows what I expect. I would not think about taking my cars or trucks to anyone else. He is fairly priced, treats you with respect for he cares about the person not the $$$$.

My last car, a metallic silver AUDI sedan required a front bumber replacement. They saved me several hundred dollars with a factory reconditioned bumper. Their expert paint job was a perfect factory color match and finish.

I will be taking my silver BMW to them soon to have it's front bumper replaced due to a curb encounter by my brother (it's bumper is about 4 inches above the ground).

Very friendly, my car looked great they took care of all my questions and concerns with my car being wrecked with out any problrm kept informed threw out the repairs service was over all fantastic!!!!
