Avoid Supreme Lending like the plague! I had a nightmare of an experience with a local Supreme Lending (Alona Hayes) agent in which cost me almost $2,000 due to a mistake on her part. She even acknowledged the mistake was due to her negligence. Once I closed on my house in December of 2013, I attempted to contact the corporate office to file a complaint and see about reimbursement. I spoke to multiple people, until I was transferred to the local office manager. No one answered the few times I called over the course of a few weeks, so I left multiple messages, none of which were returned. I called the corporate office back, and they gave me the regional manager’s number and said “she will be sure to take care of you.” Wrong. The exact same thing happened. No returned calls, even after I left messages. I also emailed one of the ladies I spoke with when I called the office the second round. She said she would forward it to the appropriate people. That also did not happen. 3 months goes by and I receive no response whatsoever. So I check the website, only to see they have redone it and have a complaint address now posted. I email it and receive a response in about a month. I explain the situation, and they tell me they are going to investigate. They respond in about two weeks and deny my claim, based on lies told by Alona. Luckily I had texts messages from Alona which proved that she was in fact lying. Supreme Lending then replied blaming the title company on a technicality and didn’t even acknowledge the fact that Alona had been caught in a lie. I would strongly suggest avoiding Supreme Lending if possible. Not only did Alona provide a horrible experience for a first time home owner, but on a corporate level they did nothing to right their wrongs, and only gave me the runaround.
