I agree with the lack of quality in which the complex is built. I also will agree with the unprofessionalism of the management. Everything about this place is designed for the complex to capitalize.Ex.#1: Their wash-room is a small room in the middle of the hallways washer on one side, dryer on the other(in two separate closets)!!!Ex#2: Management says they only exterminate every three months, welcome to Lawton Ross Estates, that remedy is not welcomed by our well organized creepers!!!!!!Ex#3: The grandaddy of them all, you mail your rent to somewhere in Michigan, which I feel is only a scheme to force you to direct-deposit and if you don't select direct-deposit or allotment be prepared for them to charge you another $40 for every day late or $30 to charge it to your card!! YEx#4: Your only allowed to have HIGH-delity cable, hello who does cable? That's so 90's down south, yes-sir master!!Ex#5: This place has a *sess pool* in the middle of the complex, I felt like I was in Wasit province every morning I woke up and walked out to that beautiful smell, now that's plantation living!!!*sess pool- poop hole, sewer farm

If it were possible, I wouldn't even give this complex one star because of the absolute lack of management and care to this property. The property is littered with dog excrement which management refuses to clean up, the weeds have doubled the size of the shrubs two years in a row now, and the apartment itself is falling apart as molding and spackle fall off the walls. Save your money and find another place to rent. This complex is deplorable and the management is unprofessional.
