Patriot homes were the best realtor agency I have worked with. They helped in every way possible with my transition into Lawton. Any issues with the house got fixed right away and they were extremely easy to work with. Pam, who works at the office in Lawton, was spectacular. Thank you for everything.

Glenn christiansen-
1. Rented a gilded home from him, passed the eye test, but upon living there and further inspection it turned out to be a shithole home.
2. Called multiple times (I have proof, as I kept all of my phone calls and photos) for multiple problems and my wife and I always had to wait at least 3 days for sed problems to be fixed.
3. Took him over 7 days to send someone to fix the heater in the rental property in the middle of winter. (Also documented)
4. In order to pay rent, you must go online to pay(which is fine), however they took my rent payment out on the 10th and there was insufficient funds in my account, I immediately paid the rest, then I was kicked off the online payment system and had to bring in a money order in to the office for the remainder if my rental agreement. ( I was never late on rent,ever).
4. I that same month(the second month into my 12 month lease) his uneducated manager posted a note on my door that I was to be evicted because my grass was too long. Lol. Omg. Mind you the city had not even cited me and there was a very good reason as to why it was not cut. I immediately go to the office and on my way to the office I told my wife to keep the phone on her because I knew that there would be problems, there was. The uneducated manager quickly went into, "she is in fear for her life" mode and asked me to leave, so I called 9-11 because I knew what was coming. She then GOT ON HER PERSONAL PHONE and called a detective to come to the site, too late I had already called the cops, plus it is illegal for cops to he used as personal mercenaries in the United States of America (I should be report the detective). When he got there then saw all the other cops and heard my side of the story and saw that the letter of eviction was written up by the uneducated manager, he basically stated I was right.
5. In the penultimate month of our rental agreement, there was to be an inspection of the home, I attempted to call Glenn to tell him I would be out of town the whole month, he never called back.
6. Naturally the day came and I was not there, I had a friend come over twice a day to check on my dog and the home. Because the dog was cooped up for several weeks, she unfortunately peed in the home also there were flees...oh and the grass, again. I tell my friend to be there for the second appointment and he is, they leave a letter saying that I am, "being evicted because of a dog that was not authorized was on the property and the grass. " I own one dog, my friend has a dog and he would often times bring it over when I was there, he did the same..Then there is the grass. I have receipts for the carpet cleaning that was done, plus the receipts for all of the indoor insecticide I sprayed.
7. My lease expired on July 30,2019 he(lol like he is some judge smh) he said that I had to be out of the home by the 20 of July 2019. I will probably not get back the prorate days for the remainder of the month.

Intimadate renters because in his mind he runs everything, his neighbor who owns a beautiful grooming shop next to him can't stand him because of how he treats people.
DO NOT RENT FROM PATRIOT HOMES!!!!!It was the worst experience in my life.
