Over the YEARS I've been ordering from here (around 2009 until now, I believe), I've averaged spending approx $1400 a year at this establishment. This year, I went a month without ordering due to consistently getting the wrong order. Instead of my usually delivery, I opted to pickup my food to ensure it was correct. When I mentioned how my orders have been messed up, the response was not one of, "how can I make this right?" but more of an annoyance with an unspoken "whatever". No future discount offered, no here's a free blank, nothing. I decided to give them another chance because I love their food (not the chicken parm anymore since they changed brands of chicken) and they did pretty okay for a while. A few incorrect orders here and there. Tonight, after waiting over and hour and a half for delivery (it NEVER takes this long), my order was once again incorrect. I called and was asked if I wanted to speak to the manager to which I replied no, considering the last experience I had mentioning the same thing, but told them to inform him that I will NEVER order from them again. If you mess up, at least offer to fix the issue; it's called customer service, which USED to be great. Not sure what happened but it's time to move on considering the amount of money I've spent here. Seriously disappointed and actually shocked at the apathy.

Very frequently! Papa Louie's has been one place I have gone to for 19 years, and now I can show my kids the place where I learned to shoot pool. Food is yummy, however I'm not a fan of the canned mushrooms they put in and on certain menu items.

This company accepted a stolen fraudulent check with forging my signature without checking to verify an ID!!! After finding out that there was a warrant out for my arrest for a bogus check was I notified of my checks being stolen! They stated that they don't keep records of deliveries and in house purchases and there was no way to investigate what employee accepted a hot check! I will do not recommend anyone to do business with a restaurant that doesn't verify identification and doesn't keep records of purchases! Please be ware of eating or going to this establishment

i absolutely love this restaurant. their food is delicious and always made right, they have great pasta and cheeseburgers. ive been ordering food from here since 2008 and i have had only one order come messed up. i used to live down the street from them but now i live across town almost 30 minutes away and the delivery time is always good. i would recommend this restaurant to anybody in lawton.

I love ordering from these guys. They are prompt, food is always hot when it gets here, food it not raw or burnt, and they get the order right - even requests for meatless pasta dishes. Vegetarians and meat eaters can have dinner from the same place. I haven't had a chance to eat inside the place yet, but sounds awesome, as I know they have a game room too. Highly recommend Papa Louie's!

i like playin pool here and eatin a pizza but just mainly playin pool because i dont have to inhale any smoke and i can chill out and have a good time
