I've been using J&J Burk for over ten years and never had an issue. They installed a new furnace and an air conditioner. I got smart and added the monthly maintenance program because it saves me a lot of money down the road. Discounts on parts and it includes two yearly services (Spring and Fall) for free. (well not free I'm paying for the service). For some $30.00 a month is cheaper than paying outrageous prices for replacement parts. And the peace of mind knowing that they service both units they can't say I haven't cleaned the units and maintained them properly. Seriously. I think this is your best choice. Always polite and will answer questions with being sarcastic or mean about it. This is just my opinion though.

I wanted thank J&J Burk for their superior field technicians, for the record it was the hotest day of the year for 2013, and of course as it always happens problems always arise on the weekend, when most businesses are closed, not J&J Burk. I called them Saturday evening when my Air conditioning unit went down for the first time, and although it was late on Saturday, the technician still showed up and fixed my unit. I slaute J&J Burk for their professional employees and we were very fortunate to have our air conditioner working since that day! You have just won yourself a loyal customer and I will inform everyone of this true story. Again, thank you

Terrible service. Called them out to a broken air conditioner. Tried to over charge me for a part that wasn't broken. Then tried to get me to buy a whole new unit. It took them 3 days to get back to me with an estimate. I promptly called someone else, who fixed the problem.
