I have just finished my rehab and I can not be more pleased with it. The staff is great. I have read some bad review about the rehab and it is wrong. If you don't put anything into the work out you will get nothing out of it. Visit with the staff and get to know them. They are great individuals and work hard to get you back on your feet. I can't say much about the food at Montevista. They need to spend more money on the quality of the food. The owner needs to quite buying expensive cars and spend more on the food. One good thing....I lost 15 lbs in the three weeks I was at Montevista.
