This KFC deserves a zero [0] for their service. Today was not the first time I've had to wait more than 5 minutes to take my order, but today topped it all. It took me 8 minutes to be ask for my order, a 3 piece dark chicken, but I had to wait 13 minutes for biscuit to bake. How can KFC run out of biscuits. Then I ask for side of slaw and green beans, got the slaw bur got mashed potatoes with gravy rather than green bean. This was my drive thru experience today. Not for the first time for long wait. Whoever has this kfc franchise needs it withdrawn. My ticket nr was #1194. 20 minutes !! to get my order. Today Nov 23 2014. Emma Crowder

Just went thru the drive thru and the girl taking our order was very rude! Kept cutting me off every time I was talking to her. Decided not to order from there. Went somewhere else and got food. She probably was upset we came 30 minutes til closing. Usually don't comment on these things but tired of people that work in the food industry being rude. I work in the food industry and would never treat anyone with disrespect.
