Nice apartments until you need something. Been here 6 months put in dozens of requests for my AC to be fixed. They are prompt in coming out but always take the "sugar packet" solution, meaning quick temporary fixes are best. My AC is still making tons of noise and doesnt turn off like its supposed to, stays on all night on auto setting. My electric on one whole wall is crossed so to watch TV I have to have the porch light on.... they came out to fix this too they said it would be too difficult to fix so just keep my porch light on and take the bulb out, this I am sure adds to my electricity bill. But dont get me wrong they are very prompt and thorough in reprimands if you put a wreath on your door or do pretty much anything to personalize your home; inside or out, holidays or not that they see. I have lived at Bellaire for 5 years and have really enjoyed it. the apts are spacious and well taken care of. Courtesy Patrol is always on property in the evenings. I have 2 dogs and they like going to the dog park. The office staff is very friendly and on top of everything. Maintenace is there when anything goes wrong. I really like the fact that the laundry is available 24 hrs a day and it will call and let you know when your laundry is finished. I highly recommend this complex to anyone loking for an apartment.

We moved into these apartments in October. We found numerous problems in the beginning and several to this day after moving out still have not been repaired. We have had several notes left on our door over petty dumb things, when major problems in other apartments should have been addressed. They charge you $250 pet deposit and if your dog is over 25lbs they charge you and additional $25 a month on the rent. We've had bug problems. Other tenants have made complaints about unattended children at the playground under the age of 5. Nothing has ever been done to correct this problem. As far as the 24 hour safety well that isn't so true when my neighbor had her apartment almost boken into, along with being stalked. I was approached by a drug pusher trying to sell and distribute lortabs and weed. This guy still walks on to the property and visit other tenants. We have 4 registered Sex Offenders living behind the property and they like to walk onto the playground and talk to the kids

My husband and I lived here for 7 months and it was not a great experience. They tell you they are in a quiet rural setting and have an all night security guard on duty. Whenever we called the guard for loud noises or teenagers fist fighting, the guard never picked up his/her phone. We approached the manager several times about the problems and they would shrug us off. If you're looking for a safe place to live, I don't recommend this place at all! Also they cut corners on repairs for our apartment. Instead of getting rid of the mold in our bathtub, they just caulked over it and once it turned black again they did the same thing. I will never rent from this place again.
