Horrible business practices! We had a water leak a few feet from the water meter. My normal plumber was out of commission due to surgery, so after a few phone calls and searching I came across this company. They came out the next day. I meet them in the driveway and after working for a few minutes, they needed to run to the hardware store to get a coupler that they didn't have on the truck. They came back 30 minutes later and finished up in the next 15 minutes. I gave them my card and told them to email me the invoice when it was ready. The next day, I get an email from the owner (who was not on the job site) and the invoice is for $325! I messaged him asking if he could explain why the charges were so high. He informed me that his guys were there working for 2 hours (not drive time) and the material was expensive. I told him it was a very simple fix and they were here and hour total (not including shopping time). I then asked him to email me a itemized invoice.He reduced the time on the invoice to 1.35 hours worked (still not true) and said that was $200 for labor and $75 for parts (he knocked $50 off the original invoice). He listed the parts on the invoice as well. I then pulled up Home Depot's -where they went- website and shopped the parts - $32.00!!!! I know this is lengthy, but I feel that they just pulled some random numbers out to charge and tried to get away with this. I wouldn't use them again if they were the last plumber around.
