Everyone in the office is very pleasant!
Dr Koch and his staff were extremely friendly and professional. The office is beautiful and they throughly explained every step of the process. My daughter is extremely happy with her braces!
I loved their welcome and how fast they handle customers , their payment plans and how friendly the staff was . THUMBS UP
My daughter was extremely anxious about getting her braces put on, but Wendy was super patient with her and explained everything she was doing. Although my daughter probably deserved the "most nervous patient EVER award" she was given a hug at the end instead. As a mom, I truly appreciated Wendy's care and concern for my child.
Today we were in and out quickly, and they even remembered my daughter's birthday at the end of the month and gave her a cupcake before she left. Very wonderful staff!
I was feeling very overwhelmed with picking out an orthodontist for our oldest son. I asked several friends on FB and still felt unsure. In the end, I decided to call the orthodontist that my dentist had recommended, Dr. Koch. When I called the office - unsure of how the whole process worked - the woman who answered the phone was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful that I was immediately put at ease. Since our initial visit was during summer, I had my two younger boys with me as well, and I was nervous about how they were going to sit still for an hour while my oldest was being evaluated. As it turns out, I shouldn't have been worried! Dr. Koch's office has a video game room complete with Minecraft.... Need I say more? As a matter of fact, they didn't want to leave! This was such a relief to me since my younger boys are VERY active and usually cannot handle waiting around in a typical waiting room. I was introduced to everyone, who greeted me with a smile, and then was walked through the process by Lindsey, the procedure specialist (?). Everything went smoothly, but most importantly, my son who tends to be a little anxious and stressed at new situations felt very comfortable and couldn't believe how "nice everyone was."
The staff here are very professional and friendly, explained what we need to do to continue to prepare for Joshua's braces. Good and patient with the kids as well as overbearing parents with lots of questions like myself :)
From my consultation appointment to the day I got my adult braces, Koch Orthodontics did not disappoint. The staff has been welcoming, reassuring and professional. Today, I was nervous and scared. Perusing the internet the night before my appointment wasn't the best. Needless to say, I was overly anxious and scared. I expressed those fears to Jess from the administrative side and immediately she made me feel comfortable with my decision. Once I got to the back, the dental assistant Julia sealed the deal. She put my mind at ease, explained every step and most of all, she had the most gentle touch! I did not experience ANY discomfort in the process. Dr. Koch is equally kind and compassionate. I am so glad I chose Koch Orthodontics and look forward to my journey to a perfect smile.

Our family absolutely LOVES Dr. Koch and his staff! I couldn't dream of taking my kiddos anywhere else! My daughter had to start treatment fairly early for a jaw issue and everyone was so great there wasn't the slightest bit of anxiety from either of us and everything turned out perfect. I recommend this office to everyone looking for outstanding orthodontic care!

Great staff and service. We were very impressed with the facility and the staff. The staff took time to answer all questions and concerns. The staff made sure that my daughter was comfortable the entire procedure. Dr. Koch called the first initial appointment to introduce himself and answer any questions if we had any, he also called again after my daughter braces were put in to see how she was doing. Excellent customer service skills very glad to do business with this company. They pride themselves in great customer service.
