This company was very punctual, the technician was curtious and knowledgable and took the time to explain the problems with my systems. He also wrote me a quote on the spot for repairs needed. I could not afford the repairs on one of my units ( I have a total of three) but I will be calling them back for the other one. :) Thanks CIS A/C & Heat
