This is my second time going here to see if the service would be different before I place this review. Time 8pm I drove in drive through and waited no one answer for a b10mins...so I began to park and proceed in to order. They never have anything basically its empty sitying four pieces of chicken no fries which is popular the excuse is we are closing soon. I proceeded to ask what time I was told 9pm...please evaluate this situation two nights in a row same excuse. From a business stand point management should provide sufficient workers to ensure the satisfaction of good consumer quality. The drive to the restaurant, customers time and quaility satisfaction with excellent service all go hand in hand. From the employee stand point your shift isn't over until nine meaning the menu that is displace for customers to see should be available enter the restaurant until other wise. You shouldn't be tell customers about the back end of what isn't done. For example, you got fries in the store but fail to put it in the deep dryer because your concern is wanting to go home it's to obvious. I didn't get the manager was to inform him of my service because he is nice. I haven't been here in a long time.

The person who took our order was delightful and reflected great pride in her job (a rare quality now days). She loved confirming our belief that their restaurant makes perfect fried chiken. The restaurant was clean and everything appeared to be new rather than painted over with many coats of paint. This was really worth the trip from Duluth where we are deprived from having a Church's. We asked Virginia (per our receipt) to try to convince the franchise owner to open a Church's in Duluth but in the meantime we will make the trip out to New Hope Road regularly to get our fried chicken fix. Yum.

I cannot believe that review about poor service!!!! We love Church's Chicken and went to this location for the first time today. You could not find nicer, more courteous people running things. These people know how to prepare the best fried chicken on earth! Perfect every time. Add ice cold perfect cole slaw and perfect little biscuits and you are in heaven. All Church's are not equal, but this one is. Out of my favorite - gizzards - this time (probably the snow storm) so even though it's a drive for us, will be back soon. They are so totally worth it!

HORRIBLE service. They dont know how to say thank you or have any level of courtesy. I hope people take their money some place else. Its fast food I understand, but there's a level of respect and courtesy that must be shown.
