I've been with the service for several years. When first installed I was guaranteed 1.5 mbs download and upload min. It was that for the first six months or so. Then the system started to fail. Sometimes we would be without any internet connection for as much as 2 to 3 days. When you call up you get the standard reply "I'll write a service order" then you almost never hear from anyone. A few times over the past five years one of their crews have come out and ran a check. they shrug their shoulders after playing with their laptops and usually say " well we are planning on working on such and such tower next week." On occasion our speed picks up for a while sometimes a month or so and then we are back to slower than dial up most of the time, especially at night when my wife would really like to use the internet. They recently threw in a 28% increase in the monthly bill to pay for "system upgrades" I think the only thing that got upgraded was Kevin (the owner's) bank account. If you can get internet any other way don't waste your time with ABG

A technician came to my home and couldn't complete the install after an hour. He said he'd come back in 4 days. He never showed. When I called to ask the company about the poor customer service, the receptionist hung up 3 different times. I finally went to the store front she told me that her supervisor would call me, but to this day I haven't received one phone call back. This is one company Lawrenceburg could do without!!

Company never responds to service requests and never has returned any phone calls.It took multiple calls and several months to get it installed. Should have know from the start but they are the only ones who service the area. However I am switching back to dial up as it is almost as fast . Internet goes down regularly is slower than dial up at times. Company does a shoddy job on installation and is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They received a GRANT from the government to start this company so they actually could care less if you have service are not. Several of my neighbors have already canceled.
