I'm a pharmacist and this is the best urgent care around in my opinion.

Best urgent care in our area!

I went in on a Thurs for what we believe to be a spider bite. The staff was fairly friendly, the doctor was ok, but not the best bedside manner. They lanced my wound, told me to 'keep it clean' without any paper instructions on what to use and they did a culture to confirm it was a spider bite and the doctor also said to be safe and check for MRSA. It is now Monday, they said the lab would not use the culture because the doctor and nurse use the wrong specimen bottle to do the culture, but I 'may' still be billed by Lab Corps; if I was, it was MY JOB to call and tell them I wasn't to be billed; & if I didn't feel any better to return there for follow up visit. Really? NOT. I have a physician, she instructed me to go there for emergency care. So, I would not in a million years recommend going to this particular location. I'm sure there are good ones out there, however, this location failed misreably at a simple culture & was not going to tell me. I had to call them twice.
