Poor Management, garbage dumpsters are over flowing and smell, dog poop, beer containers, trash, and spit everywhere, it's dirty, loud music and drunks, cars get vandalized, kids run around wild and use foul language and you never see a parent supervising, but you can hear parents cussing and yelling at the kids at the top of their lungs, and lots more. This place is really getting run down and looking a mess. People stop their cars in the middle of the parking lot to talk and block you from going in and out and people speed through the parking area. I don't know how the kids stay alive around here. It is not peaceable living. If you like the ghetto life, this is the place for you.
