After trying many different places that did not help, I am so grateful to have found Village. Best thing I ever did. They are the nicest group of therapists and psychiatrists. I am not sure why people expect them to call them right back. Their website and voicemail explains that they are small private practice and that they usually do not answer the phone because they are in session. They are not a doctor's office with a receptionist. I highly recommend them and found them to be very responsive. All other therapists I dealt with just sat there. The therapist I had at Village helped me and provided me with treatment. She had a plan and kept me moving forward towards my goals. If you are suffering this is the place to go.

Brought my son here from a friend recommendation. There services did not help him, but that's not why I'm writing this. You will notice they are very hard to reach. No one answers the phone, emails take weeks to be returned. But this alone would not warrant a bad review. A couple months after my son stopped seeing them we received a bill, I called and left a message asking what it was for. No reply. I call back a week later....same thing. Six months later same thing again....Bill...what is it for?...no reply. Eight months after that I receive a letter from a collection agency for $60...really!?! I call the collection company, tell them I can never reach VCS, they tell me date of service, I tell them my son was back at college by that date. Claim eventually is dropped. Record you dates...check your invoices.

Counseling Is excellent when you can get someone to call you back. Waiting for them to return calls leads to more anxiety!!!
