Finance, 1985); Temple University (J.D., 1988). Formerly associated with the law firm of Stark & Stark, within the Real Estate and Financial Services Department. Practice encompasses various aspects of general transactional real estate and related matters on behalf of institutions and individuals, specifically including land use planning, permitting and pre-acquisition planning, leasing transactions, debtor and creditor work-outs, commercial lending and loan documentation, community association law, corporation, partnership and business law, and related environmental matters. Mr. Spadaccini regularly appears before zoning and planning boards, throughout the State of New Jersey as well as various governmental agencies and the State Courts of New Jersey. Mr. Spadaccini is a certified mediator and regularly receives mediation assignments from the Superior Court. Mr. Tretola’s practice areas consist of civil litigation, commercial and residential real estate, commercial transactions, corporation, partnership and business law, consumer protection, estate planning and administration, traffic offenses, DWI and criminal matters. During law school, Mr. Tretola served as a legal intern for the Honorable Joseph J. Riva, J.S.C. and as an Associate Editor of the Hofstra Environmental Law Digest. Prior to associating with the Firm, Mr. Tretola was associated with Paglione & Massi, Trenton, New Jersey. Mr. Tretola is a Better Business Bureau Autoline Arbitrator and he has arbitrated numerous Lemon Law disputes. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Mercer County Bar Association where he is an active member of the Young Lawyers’ Committee and the Real Estate Section.
