We worked out a deal for trade in and buy price which was matching another dealers offer + giving me a rear seat dvd at cost. I found it strange that they wanted to run my credit card for a deposit before I signed the order contract, then I found out why. They snuck in a $1000 and tried to have me sign the legally binding contract $1000 more than was negotiated. Do not use this dealer. Totally dishonest bargaining.

When I compare my car buying experience with the other dealerships I visited, I found that this place was by far the smoothest transaction. Got a great deal for a new ford fusion, plus 2 years free oil change. Worked w/ Brian Lobello. I also felt that even after signing the paperwork, what I liked most was that they didn't continually push you to buy the extended warranty or other add ons if you weren't interested. I had a price in mind and they were willing to work with me.

The service department at this dealership is absolutely terrible. The staff was rude and unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

NO LONGER RECOMMENDED FOR SERVICE - - After having my car serviced regularly where I purchased it 32 months ago, I have to give a thumbs down for my recent experience. I made an appointment for a problem 3 days in advance and found that my car was basically put on the back burner for the entire day since other customers decided to sit and wait while I chose to drop off in the early morning hours and go on to work. I took my car home without being repaired after receiving a diagnosis call and being told my car would not be able to be repaired until the next day. NOT ACCEPTABLE. This is the first unpleasant experience I have had with Lawrence. The attitude of the service manager left much to be desired. I will be taking this matter up further with the owner of the dealership - BUT BEWARE IF YOU THINK YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT FOR SERVICE- YOU REALLY DON'T!!!!
I am an Independent sales rep who turns cars every two to three years. I just celebrated 50 years in business so you can gather that I've gone through a LOT of vehicles and many dealers. In all these years with all these cars I have never dealt with a car agency so user friendly(consumer). I was going to leave Lincon for another brand. In good conscience I feel that Lawrence FLM has earned my business and I will stay with them for my next car.
