Ordered a dress 10 days ago, still has not shipped. Online I can see that it may take up to two days to ship, however customer service rudely told me that their website clearly stated up to 10 days. I've looked, I can't find that paragraph, maybe it should be a little more prominent. When I mentioned how that seemed an excessive amount of time my Customer Service girl actually raised her voice and stated that they could not track every dress. With such long processing times and shipping times, plus the extremely rude and un-helpful customer service, I will never use this place again, online shopping should not be this stressful.

Customer service is beyond frustrating. If you are thinking of ordering online please save yourself the headache and find another merchant -- this one does not pick up the phone or email back when you have an issue with your order.

Customer service does not exist. Ordered a product 1 1/2 weeks ago and it still has not been shipped. Called customer service and they were in a meeting all day.What company does not have customer service available during the hours listed? Don;t know how good the products are because it was not sent in the 2 day time frame listed on their site. Will never order from them again.
