I visited this clinic because I work part-time in the area. My PCP is in Boston and she did not have hours on this particular day. I was pleased with how I was greeted by the staff and with the doctor's assessment of my condition. When I wasn't feeling better I called and left a message with the answering service to have the office call me to see if the medication should be changed. The call was promptly returned and the answer satisfactory. I was glad that I went there that day, as now I have doctors that I can see when I'm not near my home or have access to my PCP.

This place is pretty bad. I am changing it as my PCP. My appointment lasted 1 minute and did not address my problem, and calls are simply ignored... I had to call four times throughout the day just to reach someone. Don't go here!

The practice new and clean although parts of the building are still under construction. I was seen by a physician, not a nurse practitioner. The doctor listened and took care of my problem and I was out back home within and hour.

I was just seen at the Merrimack Medical and walk in Center and was extremely pleased with the service all the way from being checked in to being treated. The staff is extremely kind and the doctor I saw was very kind and cared about what was wrong with me. I strongly recommend Merrimack Medical.
