By far the worst place I have EVER lived! The management and leasing consultants are by FAR the worst people you would ever want to come in contact with. Might as well give them badges and call them "rent a cops" because they are on some sort of power trip. They make false promises if you re-sign and do not abide by them. I resigned my lease months ago with the promise of new ceiling fans in the bedroom if I signed and they have yet to install them even though I've called numerous times. But then will not hesitate to threaten you with charges if you break a petty rule such as having a friend over that brings their pet for the day. The apartment water is horrible, what should be a normal shower turns into a back in forth of being frozen to death or scolded with hot water. Also infested with bugs and large spiders, I have called numerous times on this with no help. The set up of the closet doors is extremely cheap and they do not stay on their tracks. I could go on and on about all the issues here. So regret resigning my lease due to just being too lazy to move and thinking they may actually do what they say. So many better places to live in Lawrence, steer clear!! I can't wait to move!
