General Info

My work with clients is informed by a diverse background in spiritual studies, education in counseling and life transformation, and the experiences of my own life pathway. Three beliefs guide my work: 1) focusing attention on the whole person through present moment mindfulness; 2) wellness resides with each of us; and 3) the client and the clinician co-create a unique healing experience. This approach empowers lcients to engage their own innate wisdom, to nurture themselves, and to move into the fullness of who they are. I have adopted as a foundation for my work this quote by Rachel Naomi Remen: "We serve life, not because it is broken, but because it is holy."
