Not a reliable establishment. A rip off and delayed service. Das Auto may be ok for VWs but would not reccomend for any other autos. I have tried on a few occasions to use this local establishment but can not reccomend them. My latest service epitomizes my experiences over the last two years. They quoted $1,200 for a fuel pump assembly replacement stating that the gas tank had to be removed, etc. Part estimated at $600 + 4 hours labor. It just did not add up. After I called back with (4) quotes, one from a KC Saab dealership that ranged $640 to $760 for the same exact service was I able to negotiate a more resonable price of $741. The service took two extra day (total of 4 days) longer thatn promised. After all that, the fuel guage no longer regeisters the gas quantity properly, Sorry guys- I will not use your services any longer- should have switched long ago. Strange enough, I have talked to others who indicate similar experiences in psite of the BBB rating of A+?!
