Every since I had work done on my teeth there, they have been hurting and my fillings and teeth are just chipping off. The lady that worked on me, hurt me badly! She was upset from a prior patient and I feel like she took it out on me! She would not listen to me when I told her that I have problems with staying numb. I left that office and have NEVER gone back. I have TMJ and SHE did not make it any better!

I had to have molar removed I saw Dr. Ponquinette who was assisted by Tami. As a team they worked together very well. They made me feel at ease from the begining, explaining in terms I could understand what was happening. The extraction done and I had not even realized the tooth was out. I was given a prescription for Motrin and another Vicodine. I only had a need for the Motrin and this is the day after and I feel great. I highly recommend Laurel Springs as the place to go for your dental needs.

I was appalled by the staff lack of compassion for my daughter's fears. I took my 2 year old daughter here. Two of the 3 staff members we interacted w/ were rude There was one aid who was with another patient who was a child was says stop do not touch this and that; and telling the other child to sit down while the little girl was looking at my daughter. That aid made me feel so uncomfortable that I said lets just go! This office is definitely not good for children! After experience I would go here as an adult.
