second visit in one month. Not my bank. First to deposit, second to cash a check.
Both times I'm in line. Two tellers open. I'm all for customer service but these tellers talk so much that it slows down their transactions terribly. I should not have to wait between 15-30min in line.
First time they were so lost with me depositing to an out of state account. Wells Fargo doesn't have that issue. My credit union doesn't. Bank of America. Took an extra 30 ,minutes while 10 ,others were served I'm waiting for someone to know what they are doing.
Against all judgement I went back to cash a check written to me. It had my maiden & my married name on it.
After 10 minutes a manager approached to ask if I needed assistance. I showed him the check & both IDs to be certain. However I soon realized he was more interested in me opening an account. So ok... Meanwhile the line has grown to snake outside the door. As much as good service is missing today, taking care of transactions should not take so long & I shouldn't know the tellers personal life story of 2015. Very loud & friendly but quite slow working.
Of course I get there & I'm asked for my marriage license. Hmm maybe if the manager fellow wasn't so occupied with me opening an account i would have not wasted a huge chunk of time.
I'm PREGNANT & cranky. I'm finally at my own bank (I just didn't want to take the extra drive there).
This review is really to remind myself to never visit this branch again.
Two tellers serving
