North Jones Elementary, also known as NJE, is a learning facility that provides a range of educational services for students in kindergarten through grade six. It offers classes in physics, math, botany, chemistry, computer applications, physical education, music and art. The school maintains a computer laboratory and library and media center. North Jones Elementary also operates a student council and parent-teacher organization. It has the Beta Club and conducts science fairs. In addition, the school provides the English Language Learners program. North Jones Elementary offers support, guidance counseling and food solutions. It is a part of the Jones County School District.
