Worst Pedicure ever, my normal spot was booked and this was near work so I went today at lunch and I can honestly say that could have done 10 times better myself. It was so unrelaxing and unenjoyable and the results were so bad that I did not even want to pay. Lame massage... if you call it that, this was the shortest pedicure ever, there was barely any buffing of heal, foot, or toes and the tools were sub par. My feet actually look rougher now than before!! They look terrible! I am so annoyed!!! Then the technician squirted oil everywhere for ta supposed massage that was very weak and instead of a hot towel wrap she went and got to hot towels and kind of rubbed them on the legs?? She left the oil on my toes with barely a squirt down with rubbing alcohol. I had to ask twice to use acetone on a pad to wipe nail bed since she used oil first and did not remove it. Staff is friendly and I have been very pleased with their work. However there needs to be some training in customer service - staff will answer their personal cell phones and carry on conversations when they are in the middle of helping you. I have also scheduled appointments and gotten there and they can't take me at the moment because their just started a walk-in. They have told me to come back later.
