It was decent for "Pepboys" considering their reputation. I was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming attitudes of the mechanics. While you are waiting in line, they acknowledge you immediately and let you know they'll be right with you. They were prompt to return my calls and kept me up to date with phone calls to let me know the status of my vehicle. I have had the same front end problem with my car for years and none of Chevy's dealer mechanics could fix it. These guys got it on the second try! Awesome skills shown. I will be taking my cars here from now on, from the smallest repair to the largest. This review is strictly for the service center. The retail portion of the store is a different story. No smiles from the employees and none of them act like they want to be there...Yeah, I'm gonna want to ask you a question...NOT! LOL. Overall, I was pleased with the cleanliness of the store and staff, but most impressed with the service and maintenance department.
