This place is horrible they are very unprofessional, they are late and the receptionist just shows up whenever she wants and she is very rude! The place stinks and they have cats roaming around the waiting room and all over! They refused to release MY records (which is illegal to hold your records) to my doctor and I had to get the state involved to get my records! Very unprofessional and illegal practices! Only a matter of time before they are shut down!

I hope that nobody seeks help here. Especially those with young children. The doctors call out consistently. This leaves you or your children with no medication or therapy. The secretary is not trained, nor is billing. This is just asking for you or your children to be put on some kind of psychotropic medication, then having to suffer side effects with out it, due to a building of untrained unprofessional staff. This building should be shut down, they are a danger to the mental health industry. They do not take patient care seriously, and I fear the outcome for every patient that seeks their treatment.
