California Natural Products was founded in 1908 to make ingredients for a variety of food products and started aseptic co-packing in 1994. The company produces a broad range of food ingredients from conventional and organic rice and co-packs a range of customers liquid product in a variety of aseptic containers. CNP manufactures a wide variety of made to order rice syrups and syrup solids, custom rice fermentation premixes, rice protein concentrates, rice oligodextrin and rice starches based on polished (white), brown and organically grown rice. The firm has aseptic processing and filling facilities in Lathrop, Calif., and Savannah, Ga., and is certified organic and kosher.
