Would highly recommend this firm for your real estate needs. We used this office to purchase our first home and they were great. At the closing the attorney took her time explaining all of the documents to us and made sure we understood everything that was going on. The staff was great to work with and we could always get someone on the phones when we called. LOVED THEM !!

We used Sciocchetti & Associates for our closing last year and the experience couldn't have been worse. Our lawyer was very disorganized, causing the closing to take 2 hours longer than expected. A year later, we are paying back taxes and additional fees to the city and bank because it was not set up correctly. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs!
