- Emergency CareAfter Hours Procedures Please dial 911 for any life threatening emergency. Other after hours calls should be limited to urgent problems that cannot be handled during regular office hours. Our answering service will refer your call to a nurse from our triage service. There is always a pediatrician on call if the nurse is unable to answer your question or in an emergency situation. If your child does require emergency care, our office would recommend that you use Albany Medical Center.

- ImmunizationsShaker Pediatrics is working with Albany County to start vaccinating in the office. While we expect to have small amounts of the Pfizer Vaccine available here at the practice in the next few weeks, nothing is set up yet. We encourage you to schedule vaccination at any site offering Pfizer Vaccine. The Vaccine Finder website is the best resource for locating available doses by zip code. All locations (pharmacies, medical practices, county and New York State sites) offering vaccines, including Shaker Pediatrics will be listed here.
