I would never hire the plumber, if I knew how ignorant, careless, unprofessional he is and Id never recommend him to anybody. My problem was a blocked underground drain pipe. The plumber failed to clear the pipe. I purchased a sump pump, which I didnt have before, and he installed a hose from the sump pump to the sewer line in the basement. For that job he charged me $480 and asked for the money ASAP, suggesting that he would send me the invoice later. The next day I noticed dripping from the hose connection and asked him to come and fix it. He postponed the visit once, twice. Finally, he didnt show up and didnt respond to my messages. On top of that Ive never received the invoice that I needed to justify the expenses. The plumber's name is Peter Kisselbrock.
