I have been living at this complex for over 2 years now. Although most of the apartments are section 8, you would not be able to recognize it as such, especially with the new manager that began last April. I hear many people complaining on how strict she is, but it has made the property quieter. There is no more people hanging around drinking outside like there used to be. I think she is doing a good job in keeping the place in order.
