Our goal at VSSG is to help all of our students prepare for life's future experiences and challenges by physical and mental conditioning which instills pride, self-esteem and personal confidence.

Although we offer adult classes, our recreational classes are designed for students between the ages of 16 mths and 18 years old. At VSSG, we focus on improving balance, body awareness, coordination, social interaction and of course skill growth in a safe and positive environmnet. We strive to help each student achieve his/her potential through proper progressions. Our teaching methods emphasize positive reinforcement to build self-esteem which is so vital in an individual's life.
