We couldn't have found a better workers compensation attorney to fight for my husband's case to be re-opened, due to a misdiagnosis by the workers comp doctor he saw. Virginia Hunt is a very professional and caring attorney that is 100% on her clients side. She will explain in detail things you might not understand and let you know what to expect. I have had other attorneys represent me more than once and I will tell you there really is a difference who you pick. She gets a A plus from me!
Virginia assisted me with a "Workers Compensation" case several years ago. She was very professional and compassionate throughout the entire process. Had I not gone to Virginia I am sure that I would not have received the necesssary medical care that I needed. I cannot say enough about the office staff. They are all polite and knowledgable. Whether I spoke to them on the phone or was present in the office I was always treated with respect. I was never made to feel as if I were being rushed along or pushed aside for something "more important". I had occasion to call Virginia's office about a year after my case had been settled. Her receptionist remebered my name and spoke with me as if I had been in the office yesterday. In my opinion a "5 STAR" rating is not quite enough.
I think Virginia is fantastic. I have been her client for many years following a work injury. She has always been very caring and makes sure that I get all the benefits and medical care that I need. Also the office staff is very helpful and they always followup. I on't think you could ask for more from your attorney especially at such a stressful and difficult time.
I had the misfortune of being seriously injured on the job many years ago. Virginia made sure I got the proper medical care when workers comp was giving me the run around. Now years later she has fought for my rights after the original injury worsened. Virginia and her staff have always been wonderful and Virginia is a very caring, yet tough lawyer, and exactly what you need if you are injured. She was able to get my bills paid and I also got a fair settlement and disability rating.
Virginia Hunt and her Office of dedicated staff are just AMAZING! They listened to my situation when others were saying they wouldn't help. She went to battle for me against Workman’s Comp and made sure that I recieved everything that I was owed. I would recommend her help without even thinking twice. Not only did she keep me posted on what was going on she also would call frequently to check up on me. Hunt Law Office is the real deal unlike the other phony Firms here in Vegas.
